Mountview Property Association Members/OHRV Owners/Operators,

Before taking that OHRV out for the summer season, please review the Mountview and State of NH OHRV Rules and Regulations with the operator(s) of your units. Everyone must/will be held accountable for their actions while operating any OHRV on Mountview property. Ninety-nine percent of the OHRV owners/operators do follow the guidelines provided, BUT we still have several OHRV operators that think the rules are not for them. We will address those issues as they arise.

All OHRVs operated on Mountview property must be Mountview registered. Renters/visitors are banned from operating their own OHRVs on Mountview property. The Mountview homeowner permitting this action will be responsible for any violations and fines.

How to Display Our American Flag

The American flag features 13 horizontal stripes – seven red and six white. In the upper quarter of the flag are (50) white, five pointed stars that designate each state.
It is the custom to display the flag from sunrise to sunset outside. However, the flag may be displayed twenty-four hours a day if properly illuminated during the hours of darkness.
If other flags are flown on the same staff (pole) as the US flag, the American flag should be at the top of the staff (pole).
The flag, when it is in such a condition (frayed or torn) that it is no longer fit for display, should be destroyed in a dignified way, preferably by properly burning. Denny Anderson (VFW / American Legion member) will accept damaged flags and will see that they are properly destroyed.
When the National Anthem is played, all present should face the flag with the right hand over the heart. Men should remove their hats. Persons in uniform should face the flag and salute.
